Sails Brasserie with its’ sensational vista of the Bay of St Aubin offers a stunning and unique venue for your enjoyment. We are proud to serve a variety of the finest fresh Jersey fish, prepared simply to enhance the naturally fresh, clean flavours of the sea and succulent textures. The Boat House believes in sourcing the freshest produce locally and is now working closely with many producers and growers to enhance our menu.
